AUTOMATION FOR B2B OPERATIONS

We automate the work your team does by hand.

Data entry, follow-ups, routing, reporting: the repetitive steps between the tools you already use. We find them, automate them, and measure the hours you get back. AI where it actually helps. Simple, reliable rules everywhere else.

01MAP

Watch the real work

We sit with the people doing the job and write down every step, tool, approval and workaround they handle in a normal day.

02CHOOSE

Pick the simplest fix

Sometimes that is AI. More often it is a plain rule, a small integration, or no build at all. We recommend whatever makes the work faster and easier to trust.

03ADOPT

Fit it into the day

Your team keeps the tools and approvals they already know. The repetitive steps disappear. We measure whether people actually use it.

What we build

SEC_02
WORK_01

Repetitive work, done for you

Invoices, follow-up emails, CRM updates, scheduling, data moving between systems. All handled automatically, with anything unusual sent to a person.

Less busywork. More capacity.
WORK_02

Answers from your own documents

Ask a question, get the answer from your company’s files and data, with the source attached so you can check it yourself.

No digging through folders.
WORK_03

Systems that talk to each other

Connections between the tools you already use, so nobody re-types the same data twice or babysits a handoff between two apps.

Boring, reliable plumbing.
WORK_04

Custom software

When no off-the-shelf tool fits how you work, we build the small piece of software that does, for your team or your customers.

Built around your process.

AI IS OPTIONAL / IMPROVEMENT IS NOT

We do not use AI where a simple rule works better.

Most of the work we automate does not need AI at all. When a step is predictable, a plain rule does it more reliably and costs less to run. We save AI for the messy parts: reading documents, drafting replies, making sense of context. A person always stays in charge of the judgment calls.

Working systems. Measurable outcomes.

SEC_03

We deploy coordinated AI agents around real workflows. Each agent owns a defined part of the job; automation moves the work forward; people retain control over judgment and high-stakes decisions.

Client identities withheld. Figures are drawn from client systems and campaign reporting; results vary by workflow and implementation scope.

Questions

SEC_05
Do you use AI for everything?

No. If a step is predictable, we automate it with plain rules. That is cheaper to run and more reliable. We use AI only for the messy parts: reading documents, drafting text, making sense of context.

Will my team have to learn new tools?

Usually not. We start with the tools and approval steps your team already uses and remove the repetitive work from inside that process. People adopt what already feels familiar.

How fast will we see something working?

Weeks, not months. We start with one contained, high-value process and build against real examples from your operation, so the first working version shows up early. Then we expand from there.

Do we need clean data or an IT department?

No. During the first assessment we figure out what data is usable, what needs work and what can be made reliable.

Do you replace our existing software?

Usually not. We connect and extend the systems that already run your company. We build custom software only when it is clearly the better business decision.

START WITH THE WORK AS IT EXISTS

Show us the process your team is tired of doing by hand.

We will map where the hours go and recommend the simplest fix: automation, a small piece of software, or no build at all. If it is not worth doing, we will say so.
